Matter of Trust
Matter of Trust is an environmental 501(c)3 nonprofit based out of San Francisco, CA working to link surplus with need. Their flagship Eco-Hub showcases their Clean Wave Program, a global effort that felts natural hair, fur, and fleece clippings into mats that soak up oil spills and filter our waterways, and their Eco-Home hosts' open houses and field trips to model urban ecological solutions for everyday life.
When it came to social media, their team needed help with creating consistently engaging content that educates and inspires others to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle and support their mission.
So, I created a social media strategy that focused on breaking down all that they do into bite-sized, easy-to-consume content while showcasing their environmental brand values.
100% increase in Instagram followers after 6 months
Organically reached over 398,000 users across Facebook and Instagram in one month. That's over 15 times the number of followers they had at the time.
